Reflecting on RM 207: Disabilities and Inclusion

A Semester of Growth and Perspective

With the semester officially wrapped up on July 22, I’ve been reflecting on the transformative journey through RM 207: Disabilities and Inclusion.

This course challenged me to expand my understanding of equity and accessibility through immersive class discussions, collaborative projects, and thought-provoking materials. The lessons extended far beyond academics—they reshaped how I view inclusion in everyday life and deepened my awareness of the role each of us plays in creating equitable, welcoming spaces.

I’m incredibly grateful to those who’ve followed my academic journey this semester—whether by reading my posts, supporting my work, or engaging in meaningful conversations around these topics. Your encouragement and insights have truly enriched my learning experience.

"Inclusion is not a matter of political correctness. It is the key to growth." — Jesse Jackson

As I move forward into summer break, I carry these lessons with purpose—ready to apply them in future courses, professional settings, and real-world advocacy. 🌿
